My 2015 personal resolutions

My 2015 personal resolutions

2014 was my toughest and best year so far on a personal level. I really got to push myself to the edge and know myself much better. Now a month into 2015, from the lessons I got from last year, here are 5 things I commit to do more:

1/ Enjoy my family - The only thing no one choses, so we owe them some of our precious quality time.

2/ Blog -  I have always loved writing, a therapy for me. I have loads of drafts in my Evernote. Unfinished businesses, so I will commit to blog at least once a week.

3/ Read - I used to read 1 to 2 books/week, not in 2014. Time to get my brain food back. I'm currently reading Naissance of Yann Moix... Give it a try.

4/ Pray - If books are my brain food, prayer is my soul food. Time to get back to it. Indeed, I will also stop giving excuses not to go to Church some Sundays.

5/ Work out, eat well - I weighed 95kg on 15/11 and completely stopped working out. Less rubbish food and more sports is what I need.

I use Coach.me iPhone app to track my resolutions and it has worked quite well for me so far. I most recommend it to you if you want to check how you do with your personal goals.

Happy 2015 to all of you!
