Video Interview: Building Global Tech Companies in Cameroon

I appeared yesterday on the TV show Globewatch of journalist Charles Ebune, on Cameroon's National TV channel CRTV. 

I met Charles during the Yaounde Investment Forum last May, right after the panel on the digital economy that my CEO was part of. Charles and I then briefly discussed the massive yet untapped opportunities of the digital economy, and he later invited me to discuss these further during his show.

The interview was recorded in early June. During 20 minutes, we discussed the challenges of building digital services in Cameroon, how we are navigating them at Kerawa, how we manage to transform our daily problems into opportunities not just for ourselves, but more importantly for our users all over the world.

We ended on my positive note about the bright future ahead for startups, and how Cameroon can build global tech champions.
